  • Managing records and files: Developing and implementing effective filing systems, both physical and digital, to store and retrieve documents efficiently.
  • Communication and correspondence: Handling internal and external communications, drafting letters, emails, and reports, and ensuring timely responses.
  • Organisational and time management: Prioritizing tasks, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings and appointments to optimize productivity.
  • Maintaining financial records and reports: Accurately recording financial transactions, preparing balance sheets, income statements, and other financial reports to facilitate informed decision-making.
  • Providing customer service and support: Responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and delivering exceptional service to build strong relationships.
  • Invoice processing and reconciliation: Managing accounts payable, processing invoices, and reconciling statements to ensure accurate financial records.
  • Expense control and reconciliation: Monitoring expenses, processing reimbursements, and reconciling statements to maintain financial control.
  • Vendor payment and management: Coordinating vendor payments, managing contracts, and ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
  • General administration: Performing various administrative tasks, such as data entry, office coordination, and supply management, to support organizational operations.
