I have been working in administration for more than 13 years. Therefore obtaining experience in the key performance areas. This experience has enabled me to grow and cultivate essential skills such as interpersonal skills, an ability to work independently, an analytical thought process and an ability to manage my time effectively. These attributes greatly enhance my suitability for the position. I have developed an ‘I can’ attitude, which manifests itself through pro-activity, speedily and efficiently executing my duties. I’m also performance driven, passionate about my work and have cultivated one very special value that of ‘servicefirst’. Being exposed to exigent situations catapulted me to realise that organisational effectiveness is the core of any department/company. With my intense learning programs, I have gained the theoretical knowledge needed in order to perform my duties. It has benefited me immensely to know the required policies, legislation and procedures. In conjunction with my work related experience a courteous attitude was developed when working with management and other key personnel. It is these values and skills that will enable me to provide an excellent service to the company/department successfully. I have the experience of servicing the highly pressured environment at which I was employed. It has helped me to increase my ability to work under pressure. This has been possible through a self-motivation plan.
