I have been an administrative assistant since 2013, and a few of my daily activities include scheduling meetings, editing documents (formatting, spell check, consistency, finalizing, making PDFs), creating contracts, creating proposals (standard & RFP/RFQ responses), filling, coordinating events, answering phones/ directing calls, coordinating with vendors, extensive decision making, overseeing office support staff, updating the website, renewing licenses, and assisting with marketing material. I am currently enrolled in college for business and marketing. I was previously enrolled for English and Creative Writing, subjects I excelled in. I am near - expert level at all of Microsoft Office programs. I am very experienced with Adobe Illustrator, and am familiar with a few other Adobe programs. I really enjoy working with WordPress, and am able to maintain/ update and create* websites. I enjoy design and marketing. I have background with CRMs (salesforce) and non-profit organizations. I have common sense and am able to quickly identify and resolve issues. I am excellent at multi-tasking and meeting deadlines. In my free time I enjoy riding motorcycles, boating, concerts and reading. I have a big sense of humor and I enjoy working with people. I am full of ideas - try me!
