Experience in administration, people management and event execution. Experience in recruitment and selection. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Enthusiastic and self-motivated. Currently i still work at 8 Degree Projects (Sisterfields Cafe, Bossman, Bikini Restaurant, Sibling Espresso Bar). Main Job: • Maintain company staff by establishing recruiting and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection • Conducting orientation (employee induction) • Maintains human resources staff job results by counselling and disciplining employee • Hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employee and supervisors • Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending human resources police and procedure • Maintains historical human resources records by designing a filling system; keeping past and current records • Maintain employee performance by manage the employee performance review • Supervise and reporting the attendance for employee, count employee attendance for payroll preparation, lateness & overtime report, others HR report • Contribute in manage employee compensation and benefit programs; especially in health insurance (BPJS Kesehatan) and labor social insurance (BPJS Ketengakerjaan) • Contribute in manage workplace safety for all venue • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
