I worked at a law firm for over five years as an administrative assistant and a mail coordinator. I worked directly with supervisors, managers, attorneys, and partners of the law firm. I have experience doing reports on Microsoft Excel, and on Google spreadsheets. I also took care of incoming electronic mail, and sorted it into the correct folders. I have experience in Microsoft word. I managed my manager's email accounts. I have phone experience. I did other data entry tasks as well. I am a fast typer. I was responsible to teach my assistant her job, and to supervise her. I am also a writer. I attended an online college at the Institution of Children's Literature. I write about all different kinds of topics not just pertaining to children. I write blogs, articles, and short stories.
