Dealing with the Ministry of Manpower to Hire the employees, Renew their Employment card and Company status.
Perform on-site inspections of construction progress, Monitor and track construction progress and changes
Answering Incoming calls, taking messages and re-directing calls as required
Dealing with email enquires
Diary Management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities
Data entry (Sales figure, Property listings etc.)
Possibly maintain the company social media accounts
General office management such as Ordering stationary, Preparing invoices, Time sheets for employees, etc.
Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers arranging both external and Internal events
Providing administration support to sales Representatives, Property Manager, and senior management.
