Provide support to office managers, other employees, and clients in handling a variety of tasks to ensure that all interactions between the organization and others are positive and productive.

• Creation of files and contact form for the
customers
• Organization of virtual documents
• Translation of documents whenever
necessary.
• Handling of correspondence.
• Scheduling of consultations and meetings
• Rescheduling of consultations and meetings
• Confirmation of attendance 24 hours by
advanced
• Follow-up 24 hours later to appointments that
had place.
• Answer and return calls.
• Provide information about the current status of the
the case when required by customers.
• Provide information and programming of
inquiries for potential clients
• Follow up and process consultation payments
