Here is a list of my key responsibility areas, but not limited to:

  • Administrative tasks such as data entry, answering queries on the phone and email, database management, generating report.
  • Lead Generation - Conducting intensive research about the company's profile, and if it is in line with the company's services, I gather their contact details to be included in the email marketing.
  • Email Marketing - Using Gmail, Outlook, and/or Apollo, I sent out an email to the top management of different company. Indicated on the email is the company's products and services.
  • Calendar Management - Contacting potential clients to be scheduled for a meeting in order to further explain the company's information. Also, sending out calendar invites using Google Calendar, Zoom invites, MS Teams.
  • Managing the database -  Using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets to manually manage the company's database.
  • Creating digital content using Canva, Adobe Lightroom, VN Video Editor, Instagram reels.
