I have been working in this field for the past couple of years. During this extensive period of being a Virtual Administrative Assistant, I have worked with a variety of companies, had good and bad experiences, accomplished and learned. I have specifically worked in the Administrative Category field where I have worked under different duties including Data Entry Operator, Web Researcher, Customer Care Representative, File Maintenance and Management, WordPress Website management, and maintenance.
During all these years, I have sharpened my skills in the respective category. And I have learned that in a successful professional relationship what matters is not how much skilled you are in your field, instead, it's your communication, cooperation, and understanding skills that matter the most, and I completely agree with that. Being answerable to the tasks assigned to you, taking responsibility for your mistakes, communicating with your client and team member in the hectic times or at the times when your team needs you is what matters the most. I have always tried to show these skills to the best of my abilities and that is the reason I have clients who are satisfied with my work.
My main goal is to bring satisfaction to my employers and their customers. I believe that great availability and fast turnaround also describe me very well. I am mainly a Virtual Assistant who enjoys his work. My availability is more than 40 hours per week and I prefer long term jobs.
