Schedules appointments by telephone or email for review of documents and files in coordination with the project manager. Reschedules file review of documents and files as necessary. Prepares for file reviews by pulling/organizing files, reports, documents, maps, etc. Oversees file reviews to ensure security of records and that original documents and files are not removed from the RCF. Schedules appointments and prepares files/documents for copy services as requested. Calculates and collects copy fees from the public and issues receipts. Types transmittal forms, obtains money order, and forwards transmittals and monies to HQ Accounting. Maintains file of receipt records for audit purposes.Formats a wide variety of material including reports, correspondence and memoranda; edits and corrects spelling, grammar and punctuation; proofreads the document for completeness and accuracy. Assists in producing response letters to the Public Records Act Requests (PRAR) received. Makes copies and distributes as prescribed in the DTSC Public Records Act Policy Produces copies of binders with index dividers, spiral-bound reports, and mass mailings on small and large capacity copiers Assists on other administrative clerical requests when necessary using Microsoft Word.
