I am Winston Juma a graduate of Kenya medical training college class of 2019.I am have experience in administration duties and skills that I got to learn during my internship period when I was given the duties to oversee my peers and take care of all dispensing and storage duties. I have equiped with excellent typing skills, good communication capabilities,  good time management, comfortable using various computer packages, active on social medias especially Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and have a basic it knowledge 

I can easily undertake the following duties 

  1. Answering and directing calls .
  2. Billing and accounting activities .
  3. Calendar and schedule management .
  4. Monitoring and organizing work accounts.
  5. Files and documents organization .
  6. Monitoring and updating social media accounts.
  7. Updating client professional profiles.
  8. Travel arrangements.
  9. Vetting potential clients, projects and paternship.
  10. Marketing.
  11. Writing and monitoring records.

 

I am capable of undertaking duties and familiar with file storage and sharing applications, communication tools and more.Am also a quicker learner with a good and keen sense to listen and making sure to respond adequately.
