I am a highly skilled administrative assistant with excellent organizational skills and a strong background in all aspects of office management. Because of a long held passion to work with the public, and a commitment to my administrative career, I returned to school to pursue my bachelor’s degree in Psychology. My educational experience has provided me a greater understanding and regard for a diverse public and an appreciation for working with and for them. Below are some of my qualifications; • Belief that professionalism is paramount - my strong character and good work ethic not only represents who I am as an individual but also represents the organization for which I work. • Superior customer service skills with extensive experience assisting the public in person, via telephone, email and fax. • I am well-versed in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, QuickBooks and the internet. • Proven expertise in data management utilizing spreadsheets, electronic database files as well as maintaining a paper filing system. • Accurate and detailed management of accounting operations including; accounts receivable, accounts payable, employee payroll, bank reconciliations and monthly financial reports. • Successful coordination and management of office workflow, striving to improve efficiency of day to day operations and relieve work load of upper management. • Excellent communication skills via email, phone and fax with the ability to work independently or on a team.
