As a Professional Development program assistant at the Digicel Foundation in Haiti, I accomplished the following tasks:
- Participate in the collection, analysis, and management of data from trainers
- File and log timesheets, planning reports, monthly reports, and complete evaluations (both progress reports and diagnostics) in a timely manner
- Maintain updated information on all databases and Generate and submit
monthly reports
- Manage implementation of project activities and oversee activities of the
Professional Development Program
- Prepare and submit support documents for monthly financial reports such as reconciliation reports, school projects reports, and cash justification expenses.
- Ensure proper coordination between Partners and the Foundation CEO
