I worked for several companies that helped to deepen my knowledge in Business Administration and customer service.

As a Professional Development program assistant at the Digicel Foundation in Haiti, I accomplished the following tasks:

- Participate in the collection, analysis, and management of data from trainers

- File and log timesheets, planning reports, monthly reports, and complete evaluations (both progress reports and diagnostics) in a timely manner

- Maintain updated information on all databases and Generate and submit

monthly reports

- Manage implementation of project activities and oversee activities of the

Professional Development Program

- Prepare and submit support documents for monthly financial reports such as reconciliation reports, school projects reports, and cash justification expenses.

- Ensure proper coordination between Partners and the Foundation CEO

- Responding to client emails and answering phones

- Assistance with general coordination and general office duties including filing, data entry, management of database scanning, and welcoming.

- Assistance to foundation CEO, program coordinator, and financial manager.

- Assistance to trainers, vendors, and outside partners

- Coordinated shipping and maintained customer relationships

- Monthly report writing

- Storeroom management


I also worked as a call center operator at a publishing company, I performed the following tasks:

- Promote sales (outbound and inbound calls)

- Worked collaboratively in a team environment

- Utilized strong interpersonal and communications skills to serve customers
