• Communicate verbally and in writing to answer inquiries and provide information if needed • Responsible for Inquiry Log • Prepare quotations and technical proposals as per sales and management instructions • Follow-up quotations and project proposals and send reports to the sales team. • Shipment Tracking • Dealing with incoming and outgoing mail and general emails. • Booking Courier to send and collect documents within and outside the Country. • Maintain the central filing system, general database and archive. • Prepare inquiries and purchase orders for office and printing supplies, warehouse consumables etc. and Purchase Order for salable materials as per client’s requirements. • Preparation of Document Transmittals • Operate or manage office equipment and supplies (fax machines, printers, scanners etc.) • Maintaining office supplies and stationeries • Maintain close links and inform the management of all issues likely to affect the operation. • Collation and distribution of minutes, reports and other documents.
