Roles & Responsibilities • Gather information about a particular product or service • Perform other duties as assigned by the Managers • Managing Calendar, Booking Travel (Personal or Business)Internet Research (Generating the database, products and services) • Taking care of monthly re-imbursement and Invoices (e.g. Travel Expenses, Hotel stay, Food Expenses etc) • Dinner Reservations, Other Reservations (Personal or Business) • Generating and Managing basic MIS Reports • Co-ordination with staff/departments • Personal Tasks and Spread sheets and Presentation, Appointments • Handling confidential documents • PowerPoint presentations • Word Document preparation • Keeping record of incoming/outgoing e-mails etc • Making or Receiving Calls(Follow up calls) • Maintaining all Personal and Business files • Curriculum vitae/ Resume Updating, Creating CV, Posting jobs or ads • Any data entry work (CRM or Database Management and Property Listings)
