-Experience in copy writing , printing document and and manage document.
-Manage phone call and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
-Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, scanning etc.
-Book conference rooms, couriers, hotel etc.
-Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
-Coordinate office maintenance and office equipment check up.
-Resolve administrative support.
-Assisting on organizing and attending promotional events, exhibition and visit.
-Assisting and promoting.
-Handling scanner machine and scan all related document and monitoring image.
- Involve in controlling quality of image and document.
