I have a lot of experience in customer service in different roles. I've worked as customer service representative, in backoffice, as trainer and as traffic manager. My goal is always to provide excellent service and making customers ánd my colleagues enthousiastic about the company. I'm hard working, a fast learner and I've got a problem solving mindset with helicopter view. I work accurate, have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and other computer programs. My interest and talent lies in making things better and making sure people are satisfied with the service delivered. I recently started a study in IT because I want to learn how to program.
