I have been tasked to do the following tasks; Handling emails inquiry, Manage incoming and outgoing documents, Handled all accommodation and travel reservation, Coordinate communications, tract and follow up on request, and identify of importance which require immediate attention, Sending proposal and invoice to Client and Summarize the revenue for my Head reporting, Manage the Pipeline forecast for weekly meeting. I am also a Administrative Assistant for almost 4 years, I can do Administrative task like Data Entry, Internet Research, Assist the Events Committee head in preparation, planning nd budgeting, Assist customer complaints and phone inquiry, Create and send billings for the clients, Create daily and monthly reports that will be sent to head office. I am a Team Player, hardworking, Fast Learner, Exciting to work with, Passionate and Eager to learn new things, I Can communicate well in the English Language to assure good service.
