I have 14 years of experience as a Senior Administrative Officer in an Information Technology company. My duties and responsibilities include the following: • Handles HR tasks such as screening, testing, and interviewing applicants. • Provides orientation for newly hired employees, keeping their requirements in 201 files, reviewing company policies, gathering withholding and other payroll information, explaining benefit programs, and obtaining signatures for documents. • Processed timely and accurate company’s payroll and billing • Handles daily administrative tasks. • Monitors daily expenses and office supplies • Monitors and effects collection of unliquidated advances and outstanding collectibles from salaries, allowances, and other benefits. • Prepares and compute final payment for resigned employees • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and accessible. • Handles and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence(e-mail & letters) and ensure confidentiality of all documents • Review employees monthly performance • Prepare company proposals
