- Ensure staff (Cashier, Registrar, and Receptionist) follows up all admin issues in a timely and appropriate manner, and oversee the day-to-day management of administrative and operations staff within the school. (IT. Transportation & Maintenance Request) - Staff Attendance monitoring, other HR related task that can be done branch-based. - Ensure proper and correct stock and fixed assets inventories are maintained. - Handles petty cash/ reimbursements and liquidation - Ensure the correct distribution and safe keeping of uniform coupons and release of student uniforms - Ensure school events, school trips, parents meetings, school photographs are correctly planned, staffed and delivered. - Establish successful relationships with parents, students, teaching and non-teaching staff
