GENERAL VA/ LEAD GENERATION :
Organize and manage email accounts
Answering phones, returning calls, data entry, and billing duties
Find prospect clients using the provided software.
Booking appointments with clients and following up with clients/customers
(sending thank you and other reminder emails)
Receptionist duties (answering occasional calls)
Calendar and File Management (organizing files using Dropbox etc)
Research, track, maintain and update leads
Make outgoing calls to develop new business
Contact prospects to qualify leads
Direct email marketing to key clients and prospects
Research and maintain lead generation database
Conduct customer research
Conduct client or market surveys to obtain information about potential leads
Participate in the preparation of proposals and / or sales presentations
Provide accurate and timely information to management
Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to
facilitate the sales process
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT/ ACCOUNT MANAGER:
Answer and direct phone calls
Organize and schedule appointments
Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Develop and maintain a filing system
Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and research new deals and suppliers
Maintain contact lists
Book travel arrangements
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Provide general support to visitors
Act as the point of contact for internal, and external clients, executives, and
employees
Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and
queries from senior managers
