Review, suggest and design and implement HR/Finance processes Processes on-boarding and off-boarding requirements of staff Responsible for recruitment, on-boarding, training and off-boarding of employees Monitor individual and team performance. Handle employee discipline and perform due process Responsible for maintaining strong employer-employee relationship Reviews all invoices subject for payment Monitor and keep track of payments and ensure smooth processing of payments. Coordinate and resolve with internal and external parties on payment issues. Perform other tasks assigned by the CEO.
