Uses headers and footers, tables of contents, hyperlinks, page numbers, varies page orientation when necessary, endnotes and footnotes. Charts and Graphs – reviews data for trends and creates tables and graphs. Tracking Systems – logs information into spreadsheets and includes columns for receipt and tracking progress until final disposition.
