My name is ERIN N. SIMON. I was an Administrative Assistant trained by the United States Air Force. I am a decorated enlisted member, who was a primary contributor for the Outstanding Unit Award for our Squadron. To achieve this high honor, requires the ability to be exceptionally oriented, organized, collaborative, and possess the ability to meet strict project management timelines. After my tour in the military, I worked for The Christ Hospital of Cincinnati, serving the Program Director and Medical Director of Kidney Transplant for 9 years. In this role, I completed crucial clinical minutes for transplant candidacy determination and corresponded with regulatory agencies (United Network of Organ Sharing, Medicaid, Medicare, Joint Commission, and National Database of Nursing Quality Indicators). I conducted audits, prepared and organized 360 degree appraisals for 12 units (12 Clinical Managers/Directors and almost 1000 employees) and other critical project related tasks. In 2013, I self-published my first novel (using Create Space, I designed the entire novel: cover, content, interior layout, and back cover). I have subsequently published 3 additional novels.
