Administer and manage confidential documents including personnel, payroll and historical
documents, Serves as a liaison between departments and other constituencies, outside agencies
and internal staff. Provides information, assistance, and advice to potential vendors, and visitors.
Assist with departmental accounts, budget transfers within various internal accounts, maintains
fiscal year end department budget and itemized records of expenditure.
Assist JOC administrator in creating and tracking projects for the Job Ordering Contracting

Project Numbers for billing and contracting purposes and set up for various projects to track in
various office software systems.

or clarify factual information regarding unit regulations and procedures. Transcribe documents,
reports, bulletins, marketing materials, manuscripts and similar materials with responsibility for
determining format and correcting errors in sentence and paragraph structure, spelling,
punctuation and grammar.
