I have worked as an Executive Administrator (virtual) for the past 2 years with the same company and handled high-level administrative duties such as scheduling, financial tracking/recording, project management, data entry, research, and email delegation. I have also served as a liaison/contact point when communication was needed between our team members and our outside vendors and clients.
