I have worked in customer service for over 20-years. I have excellent written and verbal communication skills. I am a critical thinker, with great problem-solving skills. I possess an extensive vocabulary, good diction, and pleasant speaking voice. My excellent grasp of grammar, spelling, and proper writing mechanics will be an asset when written communication is necessary via letters or email. I also utilize skills in compilation, evaluation, and organization, all necessary when trying to get the best results with customers. My outstanding computer skills include a typing rate of 75 words per minute, and the ability to create slideshows and charts for online and print copy reports/presentations. I am experienced in taking raw data and compiling it into attractive formats which clearly and concisely reflect the extremely important information. I have experience with transcription, as well as data entry. I have a computer with Windows 10 operating system with a high-speed internet connection. I am well versed in the Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint. I am prepared for jobs that require a dedicated phone line with a quiet environment free from distractions/noise if the project requires speaking with customers. If you are looking for someone who needs very little direction to finish a project, you have found her! Although I enjoy working with others, I am capable of working alone, as I am self-motivated and self-sufficient, utilizing my skills and hard work to propel me to success.
