I may be young but I have over 9 years experience in customer service and client relations. A waitress in the past I know what it means to turn a good experience into a great one as well as transforming an irate client into a pleasant one. I am very punctual, innovative, and efficient with my work and strive to complete more work today than I did yesterday. As the Solutions Envoy for my current employer Credit Restoration Associates I am always being given new challenges and opportunities to help my company grow. Being apart of a small business I have many hats and am responsible for large amounts of responsibilities. I am in charge of incoming and outgoing calls, passing messages, tracking down new and old clients who we have little information on. I am also the Administrative Assistant to the CEO himself and handle his calendar, appointments and proposals. We specialize in credit repair, business credit and debt consolidation so my knowledge of the credit report and processing disputes with the bureaus is extensive and in depth. I have my bachelors in Business Administration with a concentration in IT fundamentals. I am also completely COMPTIA Project Plus certified and am looking for some hands on experience. I have maintained a 3.86 GPA through out college and am excited and full of energy! I want to learn new things and work very hard on the task at hand until it is completed to the industry standards. I have gotten minor awards for my writings and even got a $5,000 scholarship with a short story I submitted. I was apart of DECA in high school and won the Virginia State completion and was given the opportunity to represent my school in the nationals in Kentucky in 2010.
