I ran a multi million dollar office over the last 7 years. I went from over seeing 3 employees to 15 employees. I did all the a/r and a/p, I balanced all the books monthly along with reconciling the companies credit cards. I collect all outstanding debt whether it was an account that fell behind or if the customer had terms with us. I ran all the daily credit card charges as well as inputting them into the database. I answered a multi lined phone on a daily bases as well as answered all incoming emails. I was administrative support to the president of the company.
