I am excellent in both spoken and communication skills and I am pretty much adept with office applications and can do basic computer troubleshooting. With my current job as chief of the Administration and Training Section of my office, I prepare communications, executive orders, memorandum orders and correspondences as well as prepare project proposals and documents of all capacity-building activities (trainings) of the Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council. I am also good at organizing activities and serve as master of ceremony of some provincial activities.
I do prepare and control all our office accounts payables and receivables, procurement concerns and all financial transactions.
I am also a pro in office applications like microsoft excel, powerpoint,word and access and I also do my designs using microsoft publisher and adobe photoshop.
I am proud to say that I am a good organizer/planner f any activity assigned to me, i do plan our office educational trips and I want each step to be smoothly executed and hassle-free.
Personally, I am a born multi-tasker and take initiatives on works I know I can perform. I can be dependable and trustworthy on any task given to me.
