  • Determine and document any areas that may need improvement.
  • Ensure that all procedures within the company conform to health and safety regulations, financial policies and legislation such as equal opportunity.
  • Work with subject matter experts on technical subjects in a positive, collaborative manner to prepare controlled documents which conform to ISO 9000:2009
  • Use department databases to track and manage and control issued documents. Assign lot numbers, material part numbers, and various other document tracking numbers 
  • Provide support for the Quality System during corporate audits, actively participate in department activities 
  • Maintain Records of project Documentation
  • Make photocopies, scan transmittals and document review routing

Make document available by transmittals to subject expert matter to review and send back to client.
