I specialize in encoding tasks which inludes, copying and typing texts, Scanned image conversion to text, Data Harvesting and research to Excel. I have a fair share of experience in handling clerical/Customer Service as well since I have previously worked on companies below; • I have also worked as a Customer Service Officer at IBM assisting travel account, I have a fair share of knowledge in doing flight arrangements and ensuring end to end process is observed with a breeze. I also worked as a Technical Support for a year at Carlson Wagonlit Travel which I handle complex troubleshooting. In addition to this, I have worked as Financial Specialist at one of the Travel Reporting Agency in the United States which focuses on their credit standing.
