I am one of the opinion that is my continuous effort to properly assess a project before making a bid, and apply myself whole hardheartedly to its completion, once the project has been assigned to me. I am aware that it takes time and effort to fully understand the scope of a project. It may not be completely defined in the initial request. It helps me and my buyers eventually to walk the project definition before making a commitment. Once this is done, the project is bound to run smoothly. Thanks!
