o Greet patients and assist patients to complete all necessary forms and documentation. o Verify and update patient information in Denticon dental software, schedule and adjust patient’s appointments o Answer and manage all incoming phone calls o Process patient information and other pertaining documents from their visit, resolving inconsistencies and reviewing data for errors using standard data entry procedures. o Requesting further information for patient’s visit and/or documents that are deemed incomplete. o Verifying, correcting, deleting unnecessary data, or combining data from several sources before entering into Google Sheets data entry system o Official auditor for the front desk receptionists of the office. Responsible for checking completed work for errors or duplicate/erroneous information. o Hold training sessions to assist front desk receptionists’/treatment coordinators in maintaining accountability and working towards collective progress. o Update and maintain the implementation of all office policies and training tools.
