a) Provide administrative support in the coordination and arrangement of students’ data entry in for SICT & SIAT. b) Ensure all data entry registration, exam and graduation are properly entered in the system c) Ensure filing of students’ profile is in accurate order. d) Ensure exam papers are sorted and files accordingly. e) Uphold the confidentiality of students’ record and exam papers according to the Quality Standard of Exam Department f) Assist the institute for data entry for submission to the Ministry of Education and other related agency. g) Coordinate with the Lecturers (internal and external) regarding on the submission of Exam Papers and important dates. h) Participating in Exam Board Meeting for the smoothness of the procedures before, during and after exam. i) Noting and preparing minutes meeting to be distributed to the staff during the meeting. Registration Unit a) Assisting the Registrar in conducting Students registration by checking the documents to meet the College requirements b) Entering the students’ details into the system (LMS) to ensure that all the registrations are in order. c) Control and keeping the students’ file in the filing room and retrieve them whenever being asked by the Management. d) Assisting the Registrar in follow up with the Marketing Team (Academic Councellor) regarding on the students documents during the registration. e) Follow-up with the students about any problem arise after the registration. Tutor (Computer Application Subject) a) Responsible in teaching the students under Sijil Kemahiran Malaysia (SKM) b) Provide individualized instruction to keep all students at expected skill level. c) Employ differentiated teaching methods, incorporating, audio and visual activities to address all learning styles. d) Preparation of Question papers for the Mid-terms and Finals e) Prepare lesson plans and methods of assessment. f) Meeting with students and helping them in solving their problems.
