Proficient in Microsoft Office. Adept at accomplishing multiple tasks simultaneously and working well under pressure. Highly organized, analytical thinker with strong communication skills. Research, capture, analyse and report the media and online retail data of Australian and New Zealand as defined by the Company. .Research the appropriate media and online retail suitable for the company’s clients on online (online stores, internet, blogs, forums, social medias), print (magazines, newspapers) and broadcast (TV programs, radio stations) Create reports and analysis and submitted to the Company as per the deadlines set. Analyse raw data and delivered to the Company based on the requested deadlines. Manages and leads a team of employees. Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks. Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations. Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives and deadlines. Financial responsibilities (employees payroll, auditing of office supplies and equipment’s). Provides help to management, including hiring, training and development, and keeps Management updated on team performance.? Ensures that all critical information that may impact upon some office decision making process is reported to the General Manager in a timely manner. Monitors and coordinates oral and written communication between the General Manager and main members of the Company. Ensures proper filing and record keeping by accurately entering information in a timely manner consistent with office guidelines. Maintains calendars, schedules appointment, receives visitors, screens calls and mail, arranges travel, answer routine and often complex inquiries for the General Manager. Provides assistance and coordination regarding General Manager Inquiries. Do marketing/selling through products to prospective clients through telephone. Do inbound/outbound calls and maintain customer’s satisfaction. Responsibility for the sales process from initial point of contact (lead generation). Meet/exceed minimum weekly and monthly sales objectives. Work closely with the operational and tele-services teams; Utilize relationships to ensure that product implementation schedules are met. Facilitate strategic partners' resources to assist in the sales process.
