With 4+ years of hands-on experience and 2years+ remote in administrative roles in Manila, Philippines and 1 year+ Virtual Assistant for an Australian Client. I know that I have the skills and expertise you are looking for in the Virtual Administrative Assistant role and I am very much interested to be part of your Company.

The last company I worked with is as a Virtual Assistant, I was handling administrative roles simultaneously and effectively:

Virtual Assistant: I do email management, attending and doing minutes of meetings, managing google suites, scheduling and calendar management, using loom video to record some task if there is any to send to other staffs, doing admin roles, using basic Xero for payrolls and doing invoices also. We are using Monday.com as our tool, so I update almost all of our tasks on Monday.com, updating new board, getting agent's information on Realestate.au and update their details on Monday.com, I do also underground asset plans via DBYD website and collating those files on google drive, then put the google drive link on Monday.com for easy access, other task is to get the property details on Landchecker.com and tracking call status of our staffs and following up our clients through phone and email. There is a time that I edit photos on Canva to post content on Instagram and Facebook Page.

Administrative Assistant: Managing emails, answering email and phone calls queries. Maintaining contacts as well for future reference. I am also coordinating internal and external meetings, making travel arrangements, google calendar all schedules, in charge of meeting budget, scheduling appointments, minutes of meeting, preparing presentations according to instructions given that require quick thinking and decision making. Sometimes I create content to post but that's very basic and minimal with approval of the superiors before posting on social media channels. In addition, I conduct online research to find address and contact details for a given list of government agencies.
