I graduated from “Les Roches” School of Hotel Management-Switzerland which is ranked among the TOP 3 Hotel Schools in the world. I am a certified Swiss Hotelier by the Swiss Hotel Association. Seventeen years of extensive expertise and substantial office administrative and managerial experience spanning Hospitality and Destination Management, Tourism Management, Leisure and Luxury Travel Management. Managed the administration of guest services and expectations and guaranteed the delivery of company’s commitment towards Hospitality, Leisure, Luxury travel and Customer Service. Managed the Rooms division operations for the Chicago Hilton in the USA. Headed Office operations, administration, marketing, sales, business development, training and recruitment for two cruise companies - Royal Caribbean International - Chennai and Carnival Cruises (USA) onboard cruise liner. Worked for Movënpick Swiss Hotels in Geneva and the Hilton, Sydney and Chicago.
