The foundation of my working career was with Ernst & Young where I gained a wealth of knowledge and experience and I began my 10 years of service as Receptionist. During my time I was offered and took up positions within the firm as Balance Sheet Typist, Partner Secretary, Partner PA, and finally as Administration Manager. When I left Ernst & Young I managed 2 fuel stations consecutively, the first of which was under the flagship of TOTAL Zimbabwe. I oversaw the daily running of the businesses including managing the staff, inputting systems to streamline the business and optimise output, capturing and reconciling sales data, graphs, banking, customer relations, and ensuring the sites were well maintained. I have also gained experience in basic bookkeeping tasks comprising of invoicing, receipting, banking, reconciliations, cash book, debtors and creditors.

 

I am proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, and I have knowledge in Sage Pastel, PowerPoint, Softrite payroll package, Core Engine, AccPacc and DataTim. 

 

I am well versed in and enjoy secretarial and administrative duties, which include but are not limited to typing correspondence, dictation, e-mails, data capture and analysing data. 

 

I am willing and keen to learn new fields of expertise.
