To give you more idea of some of the projects I've worked on in the past, below is a list of some of the tools I've developed in the past. I take client confidentiality seriously so unfortunately cannot provide access to these files, but hopefully this list can give you an idea: • Medical quotation sheet to streamline quote creation for an independent surgery facility. Sheet uses custom functions to pull pricing data and rules for the selected insurance provider and aggregate it into a quote on a separate sheet formatted for printing. Tool also includes a button to reset the form after use. • Player database for video game mentoring company. Users can add new players to multiple sheets simultaneously, archive old players from all sheets by moving their data to a different spreadsheet with the click of a button, update/reset player information when a billing cycle completes, etc. • Complex time sheet with GUI popup to guide employees through process. The company this was developed for requires multiple different activity types to be tracked daily for insurance and grant reporting purposes and some of the employees struggled with the spreadsheet format so I stepped in and developed a more intuitive spreadsheet and included a button-activated script that creates a GUI popup within the Google sheet. This popup has clearly labeled input fields and shows error messages if anything is entered incorrectly to help guide employees through a frustrating process. • Cash flow monitoring tool with automated updates. I developed a cash flow spreadsheet as part of my work at a non-profit that uses Quickbooks Online. This project had two pieces: 1) a script that takes the report emailed from Quickbooks, and saves the file to a Google spreadsheet. 2) the cash flow spreadsheet that pulls the most recent data from that spreadsheet and shows estimated and actual income & expenses by month
