This is our first time using guru, so some of the difficulties we had may have been related to that. The graphic design was very nice, and colorful, the text/content was where we had difficulties. We did not realize that the text we sent would be used verbatim, and that there was no creativity associated with that part of the project. We also wanted a wider variety of photos of people, and had to drop that request due to the amount of time it was taking the designer to find them. We were still happy with the finished product.
