I will help you create stunning aerial Master Plan 3D renderings from your 3D file (preferably a SketchUp file, or any 3D file if you don't have one) for presentations or real estate listings.
Here's the breakdown for different pricing packages:
1. Basic: One shot of daylight rendering with areas up to 30 Ha.
2. Standard: One shot of daylight rendering with areas ranging from 31 Ha to 60 Ha.
3. Premium: One shot of daylight rendering with areas ranging from 61 Ha to 100 Ha.
*) For areas above 100 Ha, we can discuss determining the value of the service fee.
**) If you don't have a 3D model file yet, I can make a 3D model as long as you provide a 2D master plan file with specific instructions. We can discuss determining the value of the service fee.
The output will be one Stunning rendering image with a base resolution of approx. 9600 x 5400 pixels in .jpg format.
