• Design and Drafting of Composite material structural parts. • Preparation of Technical Documentation. • Working Knowledge in Unigraphics NX8, Catia V5 Surface Modeling. • Detailed Design, assembly modeling of Helicopter components using Unigraphics NX-7. • Deep knowledge of Composite Manufacturing Techniques. • Working Knowledge about PLM software like Windchill and Teamcenter. • Involved in part manufacturing training programs. • Data based management for Productioning Drawings & drawing release. • Sound knowledge of Finite Element Analysis. • Involved in providing shop support during manufacturing of parts and also during assembly • Clearance of snags to facilitate faster release of the drawing. • Preparation of Isometric views, Exploded views for Technical Manuals as per ATA-100 standards.
