Hi, my name is Joey Sison and I’m a digital marketer. I am also a graduate of Business Management course and taking my Master's degree in Business Administration. While working as an affiliate marketing manager for an Australian online course provider, I also concurrently function as a performance coordinator for an affiliate telco company based in Australia, as well. I also manage the adwords account of some UK casino website and deliver a very high conversion rate and an affiliate marketing manager of an online course in New Zealand. I run the whole affiliate program of a Business Inteligence Course in New Zealand from scratch. Able to use diffirent kind of digital tool like Google Adwords, Search, Display, Shopping, Google Analytics, adroll, hotjar, active campaign, teachable, outbrain, Rokt and other tool to increase conversion. Able to run different marketing campaign like Paid Ads, Facebook Campaign, Email marketing, social media marketing and other marketing approach. I’m mandated to ensure more traffic will be driven to our website that can turn into sales through an affiliate marketing approach. Ensuring that our overall CPA are align to our target. I also perform website, customer journey, price and competitors analyses on a daily basis before carrying out my affiliate management tasks. Making sure everything’s right on track with our goals is my cup of tea. Against this background and depending on the requirements, I do monthly budgeting, forecasting and even daily, weekly and monthly reporting. I’m blessed to have a great affiliate contacts and network and I believe this can help me perform at a high level. To give you a better idea, take a look at the breakdown of what I usually do, some of what I am doing: DIGITAL MARKETING Look for potential partners that can help the company promote its product or services. Build and maintaine good relationship with them. Coordinate performance reviews for each partner on a monthly basis. So that they will do their part to deliver more sales to us and give us lowest CPA that they could give. Liaise monthly finance for cost alignment to ensure all relevant data are captured and recorded. Making sure that what the affiliate is billing us either CPC or CPA are correct. Monitor all affiliates performance in terms of Impressions, Clicks, Sales, Cost, Cost-Per-Click, Cost-Per-Acquisition anything that needs an improvement to increase our sales. Analyse raw data from social networking sites such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Twitter and other platforms like Bing, Google AdWords such as Search, Display and Shopping. Create monthly budget and forecast based on previous month’s performance. Identifying the next course that the company would take. Monitor competitor’s price and extract intelligent insights or recommendations to improve the 4P's of the company. Work with the management to prioritize business needs.
