• Drive Agile principles and practices within the organization. • Define and refine organization’s agile principles, practices, standards and ceremonies, according to both best practice and enterprise goals. • Work closely with teams, Scrum Masters, and Leaders to develop and perform activities enabling the development of Agile skills and improvement of development processes. • Help teams implement Agile development approaches and DevOps development approaches. • Mentor and coach all levels of the organization on agile principles, practices, roles, artifacts and ceremonies to maintain consistency of adoption and continuously improve performance. • Define agile adoption measurements, evaluate and report the performance and adherence of the organization on a regular basis. • Determine strategy to implement Product Backlog management in a multi-vendor, international, outsourced environment. • Act as a catalyst to seed emerging practices & knowledge from one team to another. • Coach Product Owners and Scrum Masters to help them familiarize themselves with their role. • Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog and writing user stories. • Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis on healing and problem-solving • Facilitating getting the work done without coercion, assigning, or dictating the work • Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution • Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example
