Dr. Owoeye registered with South African Natural Scientific Professions (Pr.Sci.Nat), a professional Agronomist/Soil Scientist.  I obtained Ph.D. (Agric) at the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa in 2004.   Dr. Owoeye has a record of progressively accomplishment in leadership and possesses valuable experience in multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary organizational settings, including management of an organization and a business unit. Dr. Owoeye has demonstrated successes in delivering measurable impact and promoting research excellence in the context of multi-partner programs funded by BMZ/GTZ, TIA, and other funding organizations.   Amongst are sustainable resources tailored towards mobilization delivery, effective communications with R&D, public and private sector investors, and policy communities. conversant in fundraising, budget implementation, and fund disbursement, reviewing reports and end-of-project project reports, mentoring post-graduates, networking, and training. 

Dr. Owoeye is an asset to organizations hiring his services; he is a resource person in training and disseminating knowledge to a deserving audience including smallholder farmers and entrepreneurs.
