I have been working as a Customer Service Representative in the BPO Industry. Helping and assisting has always been my passion. Receiving inbound calls, I have been under an account of a big retail store. I assist customer with ordering online which takes a lot of patience and understanding. I track down packages, see stock availability, and insure customer that the private information they have given is protected. I have also been promoted to assisting customers with their credit card. Waiving late fees and accepting payments are my main responsibilities. On my next company, I have been a Technical Service Representative accepting inbound chat for customers problem with their gadgets (laptops, mice, computers, keyboards and phones). With only 2 weeks in production, my client saw me as an asset and promoted me as Back Office Agent handling the refunds and exchange. After 6 months, I was already an Anti-Fraud Agent doing outbound calls and verifying customers to make sure that there is no fraudulent activity in the account. I also make sure that I keep customers calm and trust the company with all necessary process we have.
