I think Michele is extremely innovative and very creative, but I also think there are some personal things going on in her life; once she handles them, she will be able to focus on communicating and working with her clients. Initially she and I were right on base with each other. The first weekend, she gave me the list of foundations we would go after; a very complete and informative list! But I kept getting promised I would have the proposals done "that weekend" or "in a day or so" which to date has not been done by her. I finally did the best I could with the information and designed my own proposals and letters of intent with a sample she gave me when we first talked. tTen I would call her and not get a return phone call; I was also going into the hospital for major surgery and begged her to help me get these out before, but due to an electrical outage at her home, she wasn't able to; I just wished she had called me. So as of November 3 after my surgery, I sent out all of my proposals and I am not sure I did them correctly, but I will keep my fingers crossed. Again, I believe she is a great researcher as my listing from her was amazing, but I am concerned about timeliness as one of my foundations deadlines has passed already. I did pay her to do more than just the listing; this will be something to be resolved.
