I am a licensed elementary school teacher by profession but has left the classroom because of my eagerness to learn more of my scope. I have taught the first and second grade kids for two years and went ahead to join the customer service teams for more than 10 years, having served clients through email, phone and chat for three companies. I might have left the physical classroom but the teaching concepts haven't left my side when I coached colleagues and some of the new hires for the companies I have worked for. I dealt with bank, utilities, healthcare accounts and as well as assisting with publishing projects when I was part of the author relations officer from book cover and interior layout designs.
