My last work is being an appointment officer and inbound and outbound customer support in Chicago. I used vonage internet phone and I use Vagaro software in booking. I have been working for a computer services corporation before.I am fluent in English. I have excellent skills in Microsoft and Excel. I have also impressive typing skills because I am working in commission basis so the faster I type, the more commission I can earn. I can trouble shoot computer problems so computer problem is not a cause of delay in our transaction. I am the cashier and attendant of our clients and we must maintain alertness and one of the greatest reason is that our salary can increase due to commission per task we can complete. Hence, I developed the skills to juggle different task given upon me and eagerness to self study the tasks such as rush typing and formatting, video editing and sound remixing.To add to my proof of versatility, my working hours start from 7:00 am to 9:00 pm Philippine time. I also know how to use canva.com a blogging application. I also joined urban moon typing task while working at computer shop. I must use urban moon application to type the location of restaurants in Kuwait in latitude and longitude form but before that, I must use google map to find the latitude and longitude. Aside from location, I must also type the address, the specialty and yes or no if they offer delivery.We were given 8 hours. I was able to pass the task and rewarded with 500 pesos.
